Our bespoke stretch film provides enhanced protection for a diverse range of goods and sizes, ensuring optimal security during transit. Available in a wide array of colors — with white and transparent options being particularly popular — our film not only safeguards your products but also serves as a powerful medium for brand advertising.

Depending on the project specifications, a minimum order quantity may apply. For initial orders, production commences upon finalization of artwork details and typically takes approximately 15 business days. Subsequent orders are processed more efficiently, with production times of up to 5 business days. 

Please note that shipping is calculated separately from production times. For maritime deliveries, please allow 5 to 7 weeks for transit to secure the most cost-effective shipping rates.

Quality and Process: 

Our premium stretch film is sourced from leading European manufacturers, ensuring exceptional performance and reliability. Before printing, each roll undergoes a Corona treatment designed to enhance adhesion properties on polymer-based materials, resulting in superior ink bonding and long-lasting durability.

Printing Capabilities:

• Colour Options: Printing is available in up to two colours per product.
• Plate Production: A separate plate is produced for each colour. Once created, these plates can be reused for multiple printing batches, enhancing production efficiency.
• Ink Performance: Our solvent-based ink offers rapid drying times and is engineered to withstand a wide range of temperatures and various wrapping stresses.

Application Options:
The film is versatile, suitable for both automated and manual application:

• Automated Palletizer Rolls: 16 kg per roll
• Manual Rolls: Available in weights between 3 kg and 5 kg

Packaging Options:
Standard rolls measure 50 cm in width and can be subdivided into mini-rolls of 25 cm, 12.5 cm, or 10 cm, providing flexible solutions to meet your specific packaging needs.
